I visited yesterday to sell some jewellery after reading positive reviews. I also had a positive experience. This is compared to another,  similar company we visited the same day. The process was very transparent and their feedback was honest and open. This helped me decide what to sell and what to hold back. They were very open and direct in answering all my questions. Quite unprofessional with evaluating stones. I was basically seen by the IT guy and he didn't give me a direct price evaluation. Instead sent some pictures to the owner and kept asking how much I wanted for the stones. Finally after looking at the stones, he said he did not want to make a purchase as the stones are only above a carat. This should be specified on the website as I had come all the way from Birmingham as requested by the owner even having sent the details, pictures and measurements online weeks before the appointment time. Would not recommend this store selling of gemstones.
