How to Book Appointment

Step 1: View and Select Available Slots

Welcome! To book your appointment, follow these simple steps
  • Choose a Date: Browse the calendar and click on an available date. Unavailable dates are grayed out.
  • Select a Time: Once a date is selected, you’ll see the available time slots. Choose the one that works best for you.
  • Time Zone Confirmation: Ensure your time zone is correct, as shown at the top. You can adjust it if needed.
    After selecting your date and time, proceed to the next step to fill in your details.

Step 2: Fill in Your Details


To confirm your booking, please provide the following information:
  • Your Name – Enter your full name to identify your booking.
  • Contact Information – Provide your email address and phone number so we can send you updates about your appointment.
  • Reason for Appointment – Briefly describe the purpose of your visit
  • Once all fields are completed, review your details and click the ” Book This Appointment” button to proceed.
Step 3: Confirmation and Follow-Up
 
You’re almost done! Here’s what happens next:
  • Initial Confirmation Email: After submitting your details, you’ll receive an automated email confirming that we’ve received your appointment request. This email will include your selected date and time.
  • Final Approval Email: Once our team reviews your booking, we’ll send another email confirming your appointment.
  • This email will include a link to Edit or Cancel your booking if needed.
